PAYMENT METHOD & SHIPPING TERMS

PAYMENT POLICY

Offiworld offers various kind of Payment Methods as shown below:-

  1. Credit Card / Internet Banking
    Via (Visa or MasterCard / Internet Banking)

    TERMS & CONDITIONS USING PAYMENT GATEWAY (CCAVENUES)

    1. If you are using the payment gateway to pay online using Debit/Credit Card or Online banking, then you are doing so with the consultation/approval of the card owner/account holder (if in case you are not the card holder/account holder yourself).
    2. If the payment is not processed because of any reasons, then you are supposed to deposit cash in our Bank Account within next 24 hours, otherwise the respective order will be cancelled. In such scenarios the order will be subject to availability.
    3. Due to loss of availability or technical error there could be a possibility that the booking might not go through while processing the payment through Credit/Debit card or Online banking account. During such circumstances our support team shall refund the full amount (the actual amount the said order is processed for without deducting the applicable charges) within 24 working hours of the booking processed to the same Credit/Debit Card or Net banking account from which the order is processed.
    4. If the transaction has been CANCELLED by the user, processing charges (3%) will still apply to the Agent/card holder.
    5. As a standard process if the order is not processed because of some technical error or cancelled by the user, then the refund will be initiated in same Credit card / Debit card or online banking account through which the order has been originally processed. (Refund handling charges 3% will be applicable in case of cancellation of order from user end over and above the cancellation charges as specified in the order).
    6. Payment Gateway is an additional Payment option available for the user and is not the only option for making Payments. You can paying cash and pick up in our shop or transferring funds via Online Banking / wire transfers.

SHIPPING POLICY

After you have successfully placed your order, we will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by E-MAIL / SMS / WHATSAPP and your order will be delivered to you within the next 2-10 working days depends on different locations.
For ensuring on-time delivery, please make sure the delivery address, receiver’s name and contact numbers are accurate and complete (including any business name if delivering to a working office address) so that the delivery can be deliver on time. You can also specify different delivery address while ordering so that your order can be deliver to different address.

We use DTDC, FedEx, DHL , Trackon and other leading logistics service provider as our main courier service provider. Delivery Service covers across India and ordinary shipping fees will be charged with dimension & weight based shipping.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy
As a standard process if the order is not processed because of some technical error or cancelled by the user, then the refund will be initiated in same credit card / debit card or online banking account through which the order has been originally processed. (Refund handling charges 3% will be applicable in case of cancellation of order from user end over and above the cancellation charges as specified in the order).

Exchange policy
Faulty/defective products purchased from us, can only be exchanged if:
1. The fault is reported within 1 day from the date of acceptance of delivery.
2. The product is returned to us in its original package.
3. The fault is verified to be genuine and not as a result of mishandling by the customer.

Return policy
Returns are acceptable only if:
1. The product is damaged and/or defective not as a result of customer’s fault.
2. The wrong item has been delivered.
3. The product is not as advertised (the products does not match with the website image, description and specification).
4. The product delivered is missing some parts.

We strongly advise our customers to check and verify product(s) upon delivery. If you discover that goods are damaged/ defective, we will replace that goods as soon as we can or full refund amount you paid.

Some items/conditions are NOT allow to return. For items which has obvious sign of use, custom order by customers.

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Offiworld will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 15 days after the confirmation.
